Comes with a 1/2" x 13 thread up top to directly install your Eaton Fuller shift knob with no adapter. Select your shifter base and it comes with the included adapter pre installed. Unless it's for a Logitech or TH8S. The Logitech and TH8S adapters comes detached because it requires a set screw to go into your shifter base. You install the adapter onto your base using the included screw and then install the extension. (Video Instructions included with purchse) Available in 6,9,12,18,24 and 36" lenghts.
