Production times are typically kept but THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEES.  The wait time for a product may change after you order your product. I am always working as hard as I can to get orders out ASAP.  Every order is made one at a time by hand.  The best way to receive updates is to follow us on Facebook. I get way too many orders to update everyone individually. I post regular updates on there. You will not receive any updates until your item ships unless I have a special question about something. Most Items on the site are 3d printed. Of course I do not send any bad prints out but "Lines" on the material is to be expected with 3d printing and this is normal. Orders may only be cancelled for refunds within 2 weeks of placing the order. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is due to the fees I paid to Paypal or credit card companies when you first placed your order. Refunds WILL NOT be given for longer shipping times than quoted. This is because I have already purchased the items to make your order. Any Items returned after receiving them, are subject to a 10% restocking fee as well. Shipping costs to return the item are the customer's responsibility. Any damage caused to a returned Item being sent back will be deducted from the refund. I will always service and cover any repairs within reason on my products. Be assured everything is going out ASAP. You WILL receive an e mail from the site with tracking info when your order has shipped. I always try and keep the Facebook page alive with updates or any problems that arise.  Thank you for your understanding and support! By placing an order you agree to the terms stated above.
